If a property does not reach its funding goal within the set timeframe, investors will be refunded in accordance with our return policy.

How can I track the progress of property funding?

Once you invest, you can monitor the funding progress in your dashboard where you will see real-time updates on how close the property is to being fully funded.

Can I withdraw my investment before a property is fully funded?

Investments are locked in escrow until the funding goal is met. However, if a property doesn't meet its goal, your investment will be returned.

Are there any fees associated with investing?

What is the minimum investment required?

If a property is being sold, shareholders will have the first right of refusal to purchase it. However, the decision to dispose of a property lies solely with the expert team managing the portfolio.

Can I resell my shares in a property?

Yes, The DigiFund provides a secondary marketplace where you can resell your shares in previously crowdfunded properties to other investors.
